We have installed this unit with latest machines and equipment so that our team works in highly efficient manner. This unit also helps in finding alternative methods of production, which intern reduces the production cost.

Our Infrastructure

To manufacture a superior range of rubber products, we have developed a world class infrastructure. This infrastructure is spread over an area of 2 acres & 3000 square feet that enables us to meet with the bulk requirements of our clients. Our vast infrastructure is segregated into units like manufacturing, quality and research & development. All these units work in close coordination to obtain the desired objective of our organization.

Our manufacturing unit is installed with following machines:

• Mixing Mill

• Hydraulic Press

• Molding & Extruding machine

This infrastructure is well-equipped with latest machines and all modern amenities that help in producing technically advanced products. Apart from this unit, we also have a separate in-house designing unit. This unit is installed with latest CAD/CAM software that helps in meeting with the dynamic changes of market.
